Mid season. 1m (yakushimanum 'Koichiro Wada' x 'Spitfire') This variety tolerates both colder and warmer climates. The deep rose red buds open to compact, rose shaded trusses that shade through to almost white in the centre of the flower. The new growth on this glossy dark green foliaged plant, stands up showing off the tan indumentum.
